    Great product!

    I've been taking this supplement for a few years now and love it! I never had any negative reactions to it, and love that it is available without gluten, dairy, and egg (also soy) which are three things I am sensitive to. The only thing that I think could make this product better is if it was available in a larger quantity than 30 capsules per bottle, otherwise it's a great product.

    Helpful but I needed to switch

    I had taken this probiotic daily for 1 & 1/2 months, and it was helpful for female issues, but I discontinue it due to excess bloating & gas. I thought maybe my body needed to adjust to it or that maybe the symptoms were from eating veggies; so I kept taking this probiotic, but since the issue persisted, I stopped taking this probiotic and then the discomfort discontinued within a day or two. This is the first time I had taken a probiotic that included prebiotics. I then switched to a different probiotic that had less CFUs (from 50 billion down to 30 billion) and without any prebiotics in it, and everything feels fine now. This product gets a lot of good reviews; so I think it is just how my body reacted to prebiotics and high CFU maybe. Since my body didn't adapt to it after taking it for 6 weeks, I felt I needed to switch.

    I want to start off by saying… Garden of Life should sponsor me - ha! No kidding, I’ve recommended this product to so many people with confidence and all have purchased and loved it. I purchased this product in October 2022 after I went through a really bad stomach bug episode that lasted two weeks. Let me preface this by saying I’ve suffered with anxiety and stomach issues since I was a child… over 20 years. I’ve gone through the worst of the worse medications and annual tests just to ruin our… nothing? Not once was I recommend probiotics.     My therapist recommend that I try these probiotics since I was constantly having stomach/ gut problems. I’ve been taking them for about 3 months now and have noticed a huge improvement! The only downside is that they’re hard for me to swallow bc of the size and the plastic is somewhat rough. So I open the capsule to take them.

    This product has been exactly what I needed. The easy to swallow capsules are a game changer, and the fact that no refrigeration is needed is a huge plus. I love the convenience of the one-a-day capsule, it makes taking probiotics a breeze. The 16 diverse probiotic strains have really made a difference in my digestive health.     For years I struggled with my boyfriend are phs never matching, my ph would always get unbalanced after you know what lol and just the whole suffering of taking pills and creams it’s HORRIBLE but after reading trying to find a solution turns out probiotics are important in a woman’s life! ( I’m 26 and there’s a lot of things I wasn’t taught in vitamins and things like that wish this would be taught atleast in health class ) but not only that it’s important to change your diet and drinking lots of water and cutting SUGAR sugar is the main enemy in all pretty much for me but overall these work took these for a whole month before trying with my boyfriend again and now we’re able to get lots of each other if you know what I mean wink wink lol and not going to lie the pills are pretty big they do look scary especially for someone like me

    Read my entire post. It has great insights that can save time, money, & headaches of trying to find the right right product!!!

    It does exactly what it says. I researched what, when, where, how, why, and if I should I take Probiotics. I found that the minimum requirements for effectiveness is 50 billion and a minimum of 11 strains. A lot of products claim to meet those two guidelines. But when you look at the ingredients they have a list of stuff that has nothing to do do with Probiotics bottom line. A lot of scams out there with products claiming to be the real thing but they are full of herbs, vegetables, and other ingredients that are known only to them. If you want all those ingredients buy over the counter vitamins, which might be a lot cheaper. But you and me are looking at Probiotics for a reason. Remember to stay focused on that particular reason.

    I had been taking an anti-depressant that helps with depression but definitely isn’t a cure on its own. I heard that certain probiotic strains can be particularly helpful with managing depression. I started taking this one and within a month or two, my family noticed a difference in my mood, even before I recognized it myself. I now recommend this to all my family and friends that also struggle with depression.

    Gentle on my stomach

    A co-worker recommended these probiotics, and they've become my go-to. They're easy to swallow and can be even be taken apart and mixed into juice or a smoothie, which I love. My digestive system has been much more regular since I've started using these.
