DFH Complete Multi™ with Copper and Iron is a full-spectrum multivitamin with chelated Albion® Minerals for maximum absorption and bioavailability. This powerhouse multivitamin supplies supportive nutrients not normally found in regular multivitamins, such as delta- and gamma-tocotrienols, trimethylglycine (TMG), and fruit bioflavonoids. This formula also contains natural mixed carotenoids, a full spectrum of vitamin K forms, and levels of B vitamins based on the evolutionary intake of these nutrients, which support healthy cell replication and are higher than Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) and Reference Daily Intake (RDI) values.* This formula is appropriate for teenagers, menstruating females, and those who avoid eating red meat.*
