I have terrible congestion and so end up with unhappy sinuses and an unhappy me. I gave this nose spray a try (I have tried many) and find it to be effective in blasting through and clearing out my nose. It may bring tears to your eyes the first time, but well worth it if you fight the same battle daily with your sinuses that I do!
