My vitamin D levels have been low for 20 years, dropping to 16 at one point. I've been taking D3 for 20 years with minimal results, and my levels hover in the mid-twenties. I was advised that this emulsion would be easier absorbed vs a pill via Rx Script. You can put it in your drink and not taste it at all. This is perfect!
