About Ample

From Maple Tree to Maple Water

Maple water begins with a natural process that happens during just a brief window each year. Here’s how it travels from the tree to the can.

  1. The season begins: In late winter and early spring, freezing nights followed by warmer days set maple sap in motion, moving it from the tree’s roots up toward its branches.
  2. The sap begins to flow: This clear sap naturally carries water, minerals, and nutrients up from the roots, including manganese, potassium, and other naturally occurring electrolytes.
  3. The trees are tapped: Farmers carefully tap the maple trees and gather the clear sap as it flows naturally.
  4. This is maple water: The sap is collected before it’s boiled down into maple syrup. At this stage, it’s light, crisp, refreshing, and subtly sweet on its own.
  5. Filtered and canned: The maple water is gently filtered, pasteurized, and canned. One ingredient goes in, and one ingredient comes out.

One ingredient, absolutely nothing else.

No complicated ingredient panel. No artificial sweeteners. Just 100% organic maple water.
