Suggested Usage

The pills are placed in individual packages containing the three pills to be taken with a meal. This a good approach that avoids confusion. I've been taking the pills every day for the past two weeks and am happy to report that I am not flushing. Of course, it is a little early in the process to determine the long term effects on my cholesterol level.
