    Suggested Usage

    Mix one (1) teaspoon of Buffered Vitamin C Powder into a glass of water. Wait for the fizz to stop before consuming. The minerals buffer out the normally acidic vitamin C to make a pleasant tasting drink. To ensure product consistency store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

    Life Extension Buffered Vitamin C Powder

    Great product been taking it for quite a few years now. I like the magnesium it’s helpful for relaxing my muscles and it’s helpful for my digestion.

    Good but not great

    This Vitamin C product is helpful for issues with constipation. However, texture is somewhat gritty and taste is not great

    Great for constipation

    My husband has a neurological health problem, and one of the issue is constipation. For years, his doctors and homeopaths have been unable to help with this severe condition. Several months ago, I read an article about the benefit of buffered vitamin C and it has been a godsend on his physical and mental, as stress has diminished. Since this brand has little flavor, I combine it with two other brand. He uses two daily doses of a teaspoon each time. He could not be more happy. Wish they would add some flavor to their powder to make it easier to take.
