    Part of my regimen since 2020

    In 2020, I started taking a whole host of supplements to bolster my immune system. I haven't had so much as a sniffle despite being over 60 and unvaxxed to this day. In addition to vitamins C and D, zinc, quercetin, NAC, and black elderberry, I started taking black seed oil. My good health is the best evidence that this stuff works. I'll keep taking it from now on.
