    Suggested Usage

    As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

    • Biotin 10,000 mcg 33,333%

    Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate.

    My hair grew back.

    I had hair loss, that I assume,was from a medication that I started taking for pain. I took Solgar Biotin 10000 MCG SUPER HIGH POTENCY and the hair I lost returned and was the same color as it was before it turned gray. I think it actually strengthend my hair. I quit losing hair and what I lost returned. I would definitely recommend that people with hair loss to try it,at least once.

    A must have in daily routine

    I've been using this product about 2 yrs now and the miracle it has done for my hair is unbelievable. I was thinning so badly, my scalp was very visible. After 2 years, my hair has regrowth almost all I had lost. It also gave nutrients because my hair used to be dry, brittle and unmanageable but now, the natural curls I had 40 yrs ago are showing. It's soft and very manageable. I don't have to use hair products to style my hair anymore because it's very manageable. Don't get discouraged when using this product and give it time. You will see a difference.
