    Alpha GPC 300 from Jarrow Formulas is a dietary supplement to help protect brain function.

    Alpha GPC (L-alphaglycerophosphatidylcholine, also known as choline alfoscerate) may help boost a chemical in the brain called acetylcholine, which is a neurotransmitter.

    This brain chemical plays an important role in memory and learning functions.

    Derived from soy lecithin, Alpha GPC is extremely well absorbed and crosses the blood brain barrier, which acts like a filter, stopping various substances from entering the central nervous system.

    Alpha GPC protects neurons and improves signal transmission.

    Suggested Usage

    Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times per day with a meal or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
