    Shake well before each use.

    Put 20 drops in 4 oz. of water and wait one minute before drinking. Take twice daily (10 minutes before breakfast and lunch) or as directed by your physician.

    Liquid Extracts are a Plus

    I’ve been taking this product for many years. When I start questioning if I m still benefitting from something I will stop taking it for awhile. I definitely notice when I feel I am not even tempered and lethargic more often. I believe I. This product and its usefulness. Especially if you have digestive issues a liquid form is more desirable.
