Suggested Usage

For Daily Regularity: Take 6 tablets with water before bed for the first 3 days. Reduce dosage by 1 tablet each day, until you reach your personal comfort level.
 

For Colon Cleanse: Take 6 tablets with water before bed for 7 consecutive days.

    Not working like it used to

    I've been using this product for many many years and it's worked great! In the last 6months or so, I feel the formula must've changed or something because it's not working anymore. The tablets seem smaller and there's more of a powdery substance than there used to be. Does anyone know if it's changed?

    Didn't like it

    I didn't like this. I took it 2 or 3 times and felt awful afterward. It is sitting in my cupboard unused.

    Good source of Magnesium Oxide

    I have been taking this for years. I have severe chronic constipation and though I do not necessarily see a direct benefit, I believe it helps in some way and I do not have side effects. The purpose of the product is similar to other OTC products but much easier to tolerate (at least for me).

    Helps regularity

    I often buy the H2Go from Lane Innovative but since it was sold out I purchased this product. They are basically the same thing and I have used this before. I believe it helps with regularity.
