Suggested Usage

    If you have difficulty with irregularities goi g to the bathroom this is a good supplement to use I have been using it for a while and I'm happy with the results and still using and will keep using it

    3A Calcium - Will Continue to Buy

    Having to deal with pre-osteoporosis my nutritionist recommended 3A Calcium for its absorption properties. Seems to be working as test results are improving/

    Calcium recommended by my MD.

    I have taken this product, prscribed by my MD, for over 5 years. I take it at bedtime and so far my bones are healthy. I am 72 years young.
