    Gentle but effective

    These have been an excellent addition to my overall efforts of reducing stress. I keep them in my purse, in my nightstand, and out on the kitchen counter for easy access. They're quick, effective, and without side effects. I use these during the daytime as needed, and they've also become part of my bedtime routine, along with SleepCalm (same company). I use them before driving, while running errands, and all times in between, as I have nervous system damage from an illness and am prone to getting very easily stressed. Wonderful product, highly recommend.
