    Suggested Usage

    Recommended Use (At first sign of symptoms):

    • Adults and children 4 years and older: 1 tablet every 1/2 to 1 hour until symptoms lessen, then continue with standard dosage. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours.
    • Standard Dosage: 3 tablets per day, taking 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours.
    • For children under 4: consult your health professional.

    Allow tablets to dissolve completely in the mouth, do not swallow.

    too sweet

    BHI Sinus gives me some relief, but I am sensitive to the alcohol sugars that are added. It even tastes too sweet. I prefer other homeopathic products for sinus relief.

    BHI Sinus Symptom Relief Tablets are SOOOO Helpful!

    For years I've struggled with sinus issues and since I no longer take over-the-counter medications, I didn't know what to do. Fortunately, I discovered these, which helped me get my sinuses back in order. Thanks, NHC for carrying this product and suggesting them at the end of one of my orders.
