Quite suitable for my needs
My natural doctor recommended this and it has been quite effective in boosting my energy. She did recommend 500mg of Vitamin C along with this for better absorption. Does not cause constipation like other iron supplements I have taken.

Iron Supplement
I take a vitamin without iron and take it with my calcium supplements. I take this in the evening with food and also with vitamins, but without the calcium.
