Magnesium's calming effects are combined with the serotonin and GABA neurotransmitters to boost melatonin's sleep benefits.

    • Promotes deep, sustained, fully restful sleep
    • Promotes relaxation and recovery from the day's stress
    • Rapidly calms the mind and body to transition into sleep
    • With Vitamin B6, Magnesium, GABA, L-Theanine, 5-HTP and Melatonin

This product is for anyone who may have difficulties falling or staying asleep. Unlike many dietary supplements, its effects should be felt in just a few minutes - one hour maximum.

Melatonin is our major sleep hormone, but when used by itself is not a magic bullet. This formula's five additional ingredients substantially enhance melatonin's actions, due to their own well-documented sleep benefits.

Another advantage of this formula is that it provides less melatonin with more benefit. Many sleep supplements provide at least 3-5mg of melatonin per serving, but this is more than twice what the brain produces during the whole night and can have adverse effects. BrainMD has developed a lower melatonin dose that is effective and well tolerated.

    DR -

    Xylitol - don't want it!

This would have been an amazing product, but unfortunately the manufacturer decided they want to put the same process sweetener that is found in chewing gum, in their "health product." Why not stevia or monkfruit? Super gross and I'm tossing my current product and won't be buying anymore.
