Upon taking this supplement it made my body warm and I could taste the meat of it when I had separated the caps. This is a real part of an animal nothing fake.

I use a higher level dessicated thyroid but some days I need just a little more (like cold or stressful days)and not a whole larger dose and this little bit helps. I can feel effects quickly. I actually let it dissolve under my tongue (the capsule dissolves fairly rapidly in the mouth,)

Works great! I'm just on the edge of having a low thyroid and this 40mg helps to keep me within normal limits. So nice to take something natural instead of just one more prescription. Will buy again when needed!! Highly recommend!
