    I have been taking the for several years. My doctor continues to recommend it and it keeps my blood levels of Magnesium in the range that he feels is right for me.

    trustworthy

    There are millions of Magnesium supplements out there, so I am glad I know of this trustworthy one by Biotics Research. A naturopath suggested I take it and I have been doing so, at night, now for years. It helps me sleep and feel overall relaxed and well.
