Suggested Usage

The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star product is the flavor. It's unusual not to have an unflavored option - particularly for something that people often take in their coffee. I avoid flavored items, so it's a disappointment.

in my opinion this is a high grade quality product. Since I'm low on short chain fatty acids this is the perfect supplement for me to take to heal my gut. I heard that Butyrate tastes horrible, but this liquid takes great with no after taste. So far this is my second bottle. I was directed to take 3 tablespoons a day by my doctor for my condition.
