    Excellent Collagen

    I have experimented with several different collagen powders. Because it is Type I, II, III, V, and X and seemed reasonable in price, I tested this one. When this one runs out, I'll buy another because I've been pleased with it. I can smell nothing at all. I use it primarily for bone health because the previous medication I took caused me to lose bone density.

    I have had an issue with my knee for some time now, about a year now. I read that collagen may help my joints and so I wanted to get some amd see. I haven't been taking them long, but I can already tell a difference in my knee pain. My pain is less frequent and it also isn't as severe. I can actually go up more stairs than I could before. That is definitely a plus
    The skin and hair health is an extra plus I look forward to. I am mostly looking forward to having my knee not hurting anymore.

    Contains all the collagen types I want

    I take collagen for my joints and skin. Some other brands have only 1 or 2 types, but this one has 5. I much prefer to take it this way, as a capsule, instead of a powder with a bad aftertaste.

    Love it!

    I had a difficult time swallowing the capsules so ended up putting in my tea or orange juice. After a couple weeks I noticed my nails weren’t splitting anymore and my blood pressure has lowered quite a bit! All good things!! I will order in the powder from now on. No after taste or any taste actually! TY
