    Suggested Usage

    Shake well. Apply to skin, morning and night, as needed. Repeat as necessary, covering any areas that require special attention

    • Aqua, Magnesium Oil (Magnesium Chloride Brine), Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Glycerine, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Glyceryl Stearate SE, Emulsifying Wax NF, Cetearyl Glucoside, Cetearyl Alcohol, Fragrance, Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid and Xanthan Gum.

    Life Flo Magnesium Lotion

    Lavishly rub on those cranky legs and feet at pm. It is miraculous. Finally, with mag pills, I can get a decent nights sleep. Yes it is thick but by rubbing it in it is a therapeutic to those cranky muscles.

    Calming, Relaxing, Smells Good & Nongreasy

    I love the smell and feel of this lotion. It's calming and relaxing. The rich shea butter and coconut oil do soothe and hydrate skin without leaving it feeling greasy. I massage it on my feet, arms, hands and legs daily before bed. Great way to get Magnesium.

    Good stuff

    I like this as it doesn't sting like the oil dose but it's quite thick and difficult to get out the bottle but smell and feel is nice and it is a great way to top up on magnesium and help aches and pains.
