    Excellent form of Liposomal Glutathione

    I was recommended to take Liposomal Glutathione and needed 500mg doses. I tried taking gel's but really struggled with the flavor and texture of them especially as I needed 500mg and the gel's are usually around 100mg. Also, the gel's needed to be kept cool which was going to be really tough especially during shipping. The tablets are easy to take, no bad taste or texture and store them at room temperature. I am very sensitive to medication and supplements and felt a difference after 3 days. I used to wake up slowly taking about 10-15 minutes before getting out of bed, now I wake up refreshed and bounce out of bed. I have energy all day without a slump in the afternoon. I take 2 tablets on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and wait a couple of hours before eating.
