Recommended Use:
Adults and Children 3 and over: 1 Teaspoon (5 mL) three (3) times daily.
Children under 3: 1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) three (3) times daily.
Most effective before meals. For sensitive adults and children, an introduction period is recommended. Start with 1/8 teaspoon (0.5 mL) daily, slowly working up to the recommended dosage. Shake gently before use as natural sediment occurs. Best consumed alone or in dechlorinated water. No Refrigeration needed.
