FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols. FODMAPs are fermentable fibers such as sugar alcohols and “short-chain” carbohydrates that are poorly absorbed in the digestive tract. With IBS symptoms, it's difficult to know how much the FODMATE is helping. I take it frequently and it seems to help a bit, but I still get symptoms. I still plan on using the product though.

I have taken Fodmate for years and it has been so helpful with my digestion. Whenever I consume a fodmap food, I take 2 capsules beforehand and it eliminates the typical side effects one gets from eating those fodmap foods. I make sure I never run out of these. I learned the hard way that it’s no fun to try living without Fodmate. If you have digestive issues when you consume a fodmap food, then you need these! The quality is top notch and I truly can’t go without my Fodmate!
