Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a steroid hormone precursor that helps maintain healthy hormone levels and helps support the stress response system. DHEA functions as the counterpart to the stress hormone cortisol. Maintaining healthy DHEA levels is crucial for balancing the catabolic effects of cortisol.
DHEA and its sulfate, DHEAs, are the most abundant steroid hormones in the human body and can be found in blood, saliva, urine and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). DHEA serves as a “buffer” reservoir to be used for the intracellular synthesis of various estrogens and androgens throughout the human body. DHEA production peaks during the second decade of life. Beginning in the early 30s, DHEA levels typically decline by 10% per decade. In addition to the normal decline associated with aging, other possible causes of a decline in DHEA production include inflammation, blood sugar imbalances and long-term stress.*

Ortho molecular tabs
I needed the DHEA as I ran out and usually purchase from dr office for a much higher price. I was able to find them from Natural healthy for so much lower price and it's the exact same item. Purchasing from them will save you lots of money. I recommend them as they were fast efficient and rice was right.

A menopausal must!
A must in my book when fighting the deteriorating effects of aging. Recommended by my GYN for daily use at 5 mg. when I stepped onto the threshold of menopause! If I cannot dodge it, I can fight the effects.

Just what i needed!
Suffered bladder problems. Tried bio-feedback, antibiotics, etc. etc. Spent thousands of $s trying to solve my problem.
