    Dairy Digest Complete by NOW is a supplement for lactose intolerance with a comprehensive blend of digestive enzymes to aid in the digestion of dairy products. Intolerance to dairy is often due to the inability to digest milk sugar known as lactose.

    Suggested Usage

    Take 1 veg cap with or before each meal containing dairy. One veg cap digests dairy products equivalent to one cup of whole milk.

    These are really small, the serving size says one. Two works better.
