I'm a 60 year old female experiencing mild anxiety. Was sleeping okay but had restless tummy, unsettled feeling, mild anxiety and racing thoughts. Within 24 hours after starting calm I started feeling more like myself. The racing thoughts, almost zero, anxiousness has subsided and my tummy is calm. I am feeling A LOT better. Everyone's body is different and everyone experiences anxiety differently. I can't say that this would have the same effect on you, but I do think it's worth a try. Do your own research on the ingredients and read some testimonials other than mine. all I can say is that this has definitely helped me. It is the only change I have made in my routine. I would also encourage exercising everyday learning to meditate. However, I can honestly say this has made the biggest impact on lowering my anxiety. I have experience absolutely no side effects.
