I take 2 tablets every morning on an empty stomach and 2 more mid-afternoon to help with high cortisol.

This supplement caused me severe diarrhea and vomiting. I have tried to take it on three different occasions with the same results. I am happy for those of you who have had success with this supplement, but for me it did not work.
