    One capsule per day, preferably with meals.

    • -(as cholecalciferol) (125 mcg)
    Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, HPMC (vegetable capsule).
    Contains NO: artificial colorings or flavorings, GMOs, soy, yeast, dairy, gluten, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts or shellfish. Suitable for vegetarians.

    need a higher dose to keep my vit D up and to get it in one capsule 5,000 units daily is so helpful .

    Improved quality of life

    My daughter was Vitamin D deficient last November 2018. Her level was 11. She recently had bloodwork done (about 2 weeks ago) and amazingly it is now at 41!! This is a real testimony! I can tell that she has more energy now and more excited about life and school. I am totally pleased with this product and yes I did order it again since my levels were a little low too.

    This product works!

    My blood levels of vitamin D are higher with this product than with the prescription vitamin D. Pure Essence Labs vitamins are better absorbed and are among the best I have ever used. Pure Essence Labs Flora and SolaRay are the only supplements I will purchased. I have been on chemotherapy for a chronic illness for 20 years and lesser quality supplements just don't have the same positive results in my blood work or the way I feel. I actually gained bone density last year - which both my doctor and I attribute to exercise and great vitamin D blood levels. Thank you Pure Essence Labs for making and exceptional product.

    We all need to take Vitamin D.

    My husband and I have been taking Pure Essence Vitamin D 5 000 IU for over 7 ears. My husband takes 1 capsule a day for 7 days a week and I take 1 capsule a day for 5 days perc week. Our Vitamin D count has shown great results through our Lab Test. We are in Hawaii but it seems we don't get enough sunlight.Thank you Pure Essence

    this is the best vitamin d product i've ever used so far i've had herpes i take 4 pills a day every 3 to four hours and its gone the next day i love it cant get enough of it..

    A real Person!

    Good Product

    This brand and dosage was recommended by my Osteopathy Doctor. The doctor said don't bother taking vitamins if you don't purchase good ones.

    My winter dose of Vitamin D

    I typically take smaller doses of this vitamin through the summer months but for winter this is the dose I need in just one pill! It's awesome and keeps me healthy and happy through the gray days in the Northwest. Love it! It's easy to take and easily digested.
