    BrainDoc -

    Uridine for depression

I use it daily as a supplement, along with omega3, to reduce depressive symptoms associated with stress and anxiety. It basically boosts brain metabolism and function with the omega3s and from animal studies this is almost as effective as taking antidepressants. Triacetyluridine is the most bioavailable form of uridine, it has no bad taste, and I think it is helping me to take positive measures to fight my depression.
