Do not take on an empty stomach!

I have been taking Transformation supplements over 10 years, I really can't remember how many years. It's been that long. My Naturopathic doctor started me on them. Definitely the best, quality of all the supplements that I am aware of. This thyroid supplement works the best of all of them. A few years ago, I think the formula has changed possibly? I never used to get nauseous on an empty stomach when I took it,but I do now. This must be taken with a full meal! It will make you very nauseous on an empty stomach. Even if I eat, but just a little, very nauseous. So, it does have this one unpleasant side effect. But it works well,my hair doesn't fall out as much, I have much more energy when I take it,my weight is better---and I noticed it keeps depression away....only as long as you eat with it.
