Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 4.5mg
Melatonin 4.5mg
Other Ingredients: deionized water, vegetable glycerin, natural orange flavor, lecithin (soy), lauric arginate, and potassium benzoate.

Recommended Use:
Adults: Shake well before using. Take 1 to 3 sprays before bedtime. Each spray delivers approx. 1.5mg of melatonin. Spray liquid under the tongue, allow to remain for 30 seconds and swish before swallowing.
