    Change in Product

    I have been using this product since 2008. It worked great for depression. Unfortunately, the recent change in formula, by the manufacturer, changed a key ingredient because it is NO LONGER EFFECTIVE. I will no longer be buying this brand as my ND doctor is no longer recommending it to her clients.

    Excellent Product for Mild Depression

    This is a great product that really works for mild depression. Due to issues in my current life, I take it twice a day. In better circumstances I could take it just once a day.

    Good Results wSAM-e by Metaboli ainten.

    This particular product and brand was recommended by a naturopathic doctor for me. It definitely works and I have been taking it long term w/o side effects. I take one when I get up and one mid-afternoon for best results for me. I'd loved to be able to take just one a day. It is expensive and generally not covered by regular health insurance. But my medical savings plan will cover it, if the doctor writes an actual prescription. Once or twice a year, [...], so you need to be prepared.
