Jarrow Formulas Quercetin provides cardiovascular protection. Quercetin is a phenolic antioxidant found in onions, green leafy vegetables and fruits such as apples and cherries. Quercetin supports cardiovascular health via its role in the inhibition of LDL oxidation. Quercetin is one half of the rutin molecule, another phenolic antioxidant, but it is the more biologically active antioxidant.
