    Warnings

    Definitely will be a part of my hormonal regimen

    This is a great product for older women. You can literally feel yourself becoming more balanced. Great for symptoms of low estrogen. I found taking it during the day made me sleepy, switch to using it at bed time and slept like a baby. I wake up ready for the day. I made the mistake of trying a cheaper different brand and that was AWFUL !!!!!!!!!! Went right back to Nature's Answer.
