    The taste is awful. The label lies.

    The tasre is awful and the label about its being delicious is false. I dont know about how good it works because I might as well be swallowing peroxide.

    Works for me!

    I take about 2 Tbsp twice a day which I worked up to and it really helps my attitude but also makes my mind a lot sharper. If you take too much it can give you a detox headache so start small quantities and work your way into what works for you.
