DIM-plus contains diindolylmethane, a phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and kale. Unlike other plant nutrients such as soy isoflavones, diindolylmethane has unique hormonal benefits.

Suggested Usage

Women: Take 2 capsules daily with food.

Men: Take 2 capsules twice daily with food.

For Intensive Use (Women/Men): Take up to double the recommended dose.

Not formulated for children under 18.

    100% real. one of the best holistic plus.

    I had no problem with this product. I had weight and bloating, the dim Plus is great. my irritabilities actual left. I didn't want to take hormones from my physician, because I do not trust HORMONE replacements. However, this product works great. I gave it 2 weeks and I actually seen all of the menopause affects leave. I'm sleeping better, and I notice I began to lose weight. ALONG with a balance healthy diet and exercise, my pounds began to melt off. I have a healthy breakfast after I'm done, I take as recommended. A great product DIM PLUS. ON MY WAY TO PURCHASE SECOND ORDER.
