Nature's Way formulates its Primadophilus Reuteri with at least 3 billion CFU from multiple strains of the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium genuses. One strain in particular, Lactobacillus reuteri, is quite unique as it is naturally found in human breastmilk and aids in the gastrointestinal health of infants. All of the strains work to support a healthy balance of microflora in the intestine.
This formula also includes prebiotic support due to the addition of a prebiotic fiber called NutraFlora®, a short-chain fructooligosaccharide (scFOS®). It is obtained by fermenting non-GMO beet or cane sugar with a traditional natural method. This prebiotic is an optimal food source for the microflora in the intestine.

Suggested Usage
Under 2 years of age: give 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 grams) daily between meals.
Ages 2 years and older: give 1 teaspoon (3 grams) daily between meals.
