    Suggested Usage

    Major adverse reaction. Be careful with this.

    The first dose of this caused a major adverse reaction for me. First my heart skipped. Then my heart started racing and my vision was impacted, like I was on hallucinogens or something. All of this led to a state of panic. Then I had diarrhea and I vomited. I assume the dose I got was WAY more than expected, even though I only took a couple of drops. The dropper format and the fact that you have to shake to bottle leads me to believe the dose is extremely inconsistent and dangerous for sensitive individuals. Be careful with this.

    I recommend

    Well this is kind of personal but I'm past menopause and I was experiencing so much dryness that it was uncomfortable to even walk sometimes. So I talked to my naturopathic doctor and he recommended this product. He sold me the 1st bottle but it so much cheaper online that I started buying online. It has made a tremendous difference. Don't take too much though. I started a late in life relationship that this allows for some intimacy too.

    Naturopath recommended

    My Naturopath recommended PhytoB-L 4x for menopause symptoms. I works so well, I couldn't be without it. My only complaint is about the dropper bottle, which is half full, and it needs a lot of shaking to mix the liquid. Could they make little pills instead?

    Too much Progesterone?

    My naturopath put me on these drops years ago. They have relieved my menopausal symptoms very well, except that occasionally my nipples get terribly sore. The naturopath thinks this is because I don't need so much progesterone. Can we please have a version with less?

    It works but...

    I am 72 and been using PhytoB-L 4X for a couple of years to balance my hormones. I have been satisfied with the effectiveness but very disappointed with the minute amount in each bottle. It is messy and difficult to access especially when you shake it and it coats the sides of the bottle making it even more difficult to get enough to extract with the dropper. PLEASE add more to the bottle...even if it does cost more!

    I'm waiting for the ""3 month"" affect.

    I preferred the old ""pill"" product. This liquid is more expensive and not as effective. However it is easing my symptoms and that's why I'm using it. I would like to order it automatically but since I've only used it for 7 weeks it's impossible to tell how often I need it. Your rep told me that it takes 3 months to really appreciate the efficacy so we will see.

    best post-menopausal supplement

    I use it sublingually morning and night, two drops under the tongue (some people may need more than two drops -- perhaps three to five). This product has virtually completely eliminated my post-menopausal symptoms. It has very little taste when applied sublingually and has never bothered my stomach -- so little actually reaches my stomach, since it absorbs through the skin. Sometimes the last bit in the bottle thickens and is difficult to get out, but a toothpick helps loosen it up, and remembering to shake the bottle everyday helps prevent that too.

    works for me

    I use this product sublingually, and it has been very effective in preventing post-menopausal symptoms. I have found it to sometimes get a bit thick and thus difficult to get out of the bottle when there isn't much left. Delivery was timely, and I appreciate the coupon offers, especially that they are good for more than 10 days! Several months duration is so much better. Thank you!

    BRING BACK THE PILLS PLEASE!

    Bottle is only 2/3 full and the oil makes me have diarrhea. It does work but had to stop because of the stomach issue. Now trying it on my skin and seeing if that will work. Why did you stop the pills, they worked so well???

    This product works for me. My intense complaints are all about the mechanics of the delivery. The bottle is only 1/5 full. Shaking is required before ingesting and ALL the bottles leak. Did I say the bottle is only 1/5 full???

    who wonders if God is a man!

    No product costs more, but this is is singular in efficacy

    How does each entry not mention that the bottle is only 1/5th full!!! There is no more expensive product at that price. We need to all complain to the company. Sadly, there is no replacement for it. But we all owe it to others to mention what a rip off it is!

    It works

    I have used it orally, under the tongue, and applied on the skin. Orally works much better but taste nasty. It doesn't work as well as the pills. I only get about 2-3 weeks per bottle, but it does stop the hot flashes.

    Wonderful for Menopause Symptoms

    This is the only product I have tried that controlled the hot flashes and keeps me on an even keel everyday -- when the pellets were discontinued I was devistated and the 4X formula is an excellent replacement! Would recommend this to any woman with a menopause body thermostat problem!

    Phyto B-L 4X for hot flashes

    I use it topically twice a day. Nothing works as well as this and it replaced Phyto B...and I can't live without it. Those hot flashes go on forever and this helps me sleep.

    I am symptom free with this product.

    My sister uses it topically, but I take it sublingual (under the tongue). Used to buy the non 4x formula, but this works just as well with less. It tastes a little nasty but being symptom free is worth it! Pill form would be better but my understanding is the regulatory agency removed that option. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

    I would buy this product again

    I use to take Phyto B Pellets with great success for several years before they discontinued them. As suggested by my Dr., I'm now using Phyto B-L 4x with success. I apply 2 to 5 drops to ""SKIN"" ""alternating"" areas each night at bedtime. 1st night apply to lower belly, 2nd night to inner arm, 3rd night to inner thigh.

    Not working for me

    I used the pellets for about 8 years and loved them. I've been using the liquid for the past couple of months and it just doesn't work for me. I'm back to the very uncomfortable symptoms of menopause and searching out new products.

    Very inconvenient especially to travel.

    So disappointed to learn they have changed this to a liquid. I'm worried about it spilling or just having liquid while traveling especially on a plane. The directions are poor and the taste is AWEFUL! How come they have to mess with a good thing?!?!?! :(

    Greatly Reduces my Hot Flashes

    I used to take the Phyto B tablets with great success before they discontinued them. Switched to Phyto B-l and it did not help with my hot flashes at all. When Bezwecken came out with Phyto B-l 4x I thought I would give it a try before giving up. After a couple of weeks my hot flashes all but disappeared. I was amazed!! (Am on my 2nd bottle.) I place the drops under my tongue. Please don't stop carrying this product. For me, it works as well as the old formula in the tablets.
