    Suggested Usage

    As a dietary supplement, adults take 3 capsules twice daily with a meal.

    Warnings

    Do not take this product if you are taking anticoagulant medicine (e.g., warfarin). Vitamin K interfers with warfarin.

    Saved from a bad fall

    Been taking this for years and at 73 with Mom and her Mom having osteoporosis I have had good Tscores. I am very tall so when I fall it's hard. Had a few falls and no broken bones to date. A must-have.

    Happy and Grateful!

    I was determined to find a product that would not harm me in the long term and would help return my bones to a healthier state. I did my due diligence and ordered the book, Fracture Proof Your Bones. After reading and re-reading the book, I purchased Osteo-K and have been taking it for almost a full year. My recent Dexa scan showed a significant increase in my bone density. I could not be happier and my Dr. was amazed at my results. Thank you NBI and Dr. Neustadt! I'm in it for the long haul.

    Sustained BMD increase

    I (can't and) don't take prescription drugs, only these supplements, and try to maintain a healthy lifestyle. My BMD increase was the same as last year, despite being older. I now only have osteoporosis left in selected areas in my femur.

    Wonderful

    Been taking Osteo-K for years and I keep telling all my friends not to wait. T scores are good. With osteoporosis in the family I am extremely careful and Osteo-K is the supplement for me. My motto is NO CUTS, NO DRUGS so thank you for this.

    Changed my life

    I've been using Osteo-k for a while. It has helped me through severe back pain for years! Then recently I fractured my ankle and my healing time was cut in half. My orthopedic surgeon actually eliminated the need for a boot after my hard cast. I couldn't be more happy with my results!

    I'm 70 and have been taking Osteo-k for about 15 years. I track my Dexa scans and my bone density numbers have generally increased toward the positive side by a few points so I'm a big fan of these supplements. My husband also takes Osteo-k

    Osteo-K has been my miracle vitamin.☺️❤️

    My interactions have always been positive & a joy with N.B.I. Every 3 months I call to reorder my Osteo. K. All NBI employees are polite extremely helpful. Thanks to D.R. Neusteadt, a radio program, and a cousin who recorded it for me Osteo-K (mk4) has kept me on my feet moving and pain-free. Before Osteo-K I could barely walk , enormous pain. Very depressed. 1week later. No more pain no more limping no more sadness. That is how fast-it.worked. Because of all of the above I know I can count on this product to help to get me through every day. Osteoperosis,Osteoarthritis, arthritis. OsteoK(MK4) takes care of it all. I will always be thankful.

    Let me tell you I have been on Osteo k for 10 years and my bone density has improved every time. I am disappointed that I never get a code for a discount. I have given you at least 3 or 4 new clients and I can name them for you. You need to hear my success story. I am now 72 years old.

    Update

    I had my full DEXA this week. Now, only L-1 is osteoporosis, L 2 is osteopenia and L-3/4 are normal! Two years ago, before Osteo-K, all 4 were osteoporosis. My labs were good, too. Bone production is up; resorption is down. So taking this wonderful supplement, watching the diet and exercising really can alter your results. The doctor used to push the pharmaceutical poisons on me but didn't even mention them this time. That is the best accomplishment! I will never stop taking Osteo-K!

    I have been a fan of Osteo-K for some time now and do not want to ever run out. My bone health is paramount to cruising through years to come. I am 70 yrs. young. I will continue to use this product and impressed by the research that went into it.

    I've been using Osteo_K for over 9 years. I was first told about yur product from a physical therapist and a chiropractor. This was after, I broke my pelvis from an insufficiency fracture.
    I have fallen several different times,but the only broken bones I have experienced have been an ankle and a rib. I have been experiecning smaller strokes. I am so glad that I take Osteo-K instead of a bizphosphenate. I have never used any other bone-strengthening med except Calcium 1200mg Daily and Vitamin D3 5,200 miu daily.

    Osteo-K one of the best vitamins on the market

    Love taking my Osteo-K. This product has been one that I've taken for several years now. It helps keep my bones strong and guards against signs of arthritis in the joints. Before I started taking the Osteo-K, I was having stiffness and slight pain in my wrists but notice that all went away after taking this product. I'm turning 65 in June and I feel great! Suggest Osteo-K be taken with Vitamin D3. If taken daily, especially during the cold seasons, the do wonders to your body. The delivery of this product is always right on time.

    I have bought this product for years!

    I take 3 a day in the morning. Gained bone mass after the first 3 months. I was taking a ""Boniva"" type product & was about to go through dental surgery when my dentist recommended I take Osteo K. It worked almost immediately
