This is the first time I have tried this supplement (thus for less than a month) and so I think it's too early to determine it's effects. I will say that it dissolves easy in water and tastes good. I had read a review from another customer that the bottle did not have enough to go the full 30 days so I wrote the start date on the top. Sure enough, it looks like I will run out about 7 days short. Maybe the vendor mistakenly weighs the contents with all those dessicating and preservative containers inside? I like the product but may not purchase again because of the shortage.
