Carlson Mom's DHA + Choline supports healthy brain development for baby and a healthy mood for moms. It blends sustainably sourced herring caviar oil and omega-3s, and provides the 3:1 DHA to EPA ratio naturally found in breast milk. The DHA is phospholipid-bound. Like DHA, choline levels are depleted due to baby's nutrient needs within the womb and while breastfeeding, so it's important for moms to replenish their levels.
Phospholipids enhance the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients, like omega-3s, and have the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier - providing even more brain and mood health benefits.
