    This works!

    I tried taking melatonin at higher doses in the past and they always gave me headaches. NHC is the only place I can find that sells Pure Encapsulations melatonin at this low dose. This works for me. I pretty much go to sleep a few minutes after my head hits the pillow, with no side effects!

    Small Dose Better

    Studies show that more melatonin isn't better and that only .5 mg is needed. And thank goodness for Pure Encapsulations to provide at this dose. If you've ever had grogginess or mood swings with melatonin, you may be taking too much.

    A Great product from a Trusted company!

    I have tried many sleep aid products, including Melatonin. None of them seemed to work as described or made me feel 'foggy' the next morning. Until recently, I was not aware that LESS is MORE, in this case. After trying this dosing of Melatonin from Pure Encapsulations, I am able to fall asleep naturally and wake up refreshed! Pure Encapsulations is the ONLY company that carries this low dose of Melatonin.

    Works well.

    I like the .5 mg dose because you don't have that "sleep hangover" feel from a sleep aid in the morning. The higher doses make me feel fuzzy the next day. I think when Harvard did the studies on melatonin, they used .3 mg of a dose... So .5 is a really good amount. I've tried the 1 & 3 mg and didn't like the way I felt the next day.

    Melatonin .5 mg.

    My doctor told me to take .5 mg of Melatonin and I had a hard time finding it so I was cutting the l mg in half. Thanks now I have found the .5mg and will continue to purchase from you. I was told by my doctor that the lesser the better for Melatonin.

    THE BEST MELATONIN!

    I have been purchasing Pure Encapsulations melatonin for many years. I love the lack of "filler ingredients," and the fact that I can get veggie caps, which is very important to me. It works everytime! It's always my first choice. Also, I am grateful that Natural Healthy Concepts carries the low 0.5mg, which can be very difficult to find. Top that off with the great prices on NHC, and you can't ask for more. Thanks!!
