    Magnesium Malate is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium. Each 2-capsule serving contains 360 mg of magnesium as di-magnesium malate, which is magnesium bound to malic acid.     Great magnesium

    I have been on this for years ever since my Functional MD recommended it. Gentle on stomach, helps with aches and overall health. Will never stop taking it.

    Great Product

    A chiropractor first told me to start taking magnesium. I tried different kinds until my daughter's doctor recommended Magnesium Malate for her and then I started taking it. It is the best form of magnesium I've tried. I'm happy NHC sells it!

    Great magnesium supplement!

    This magnesium supplement is in capsule form but the dosage is only 2 caps daily. No more huge pills to take!! It's bioavailability is good; serum mg levels come up quickly. It's gentle on the gut, however.

    It works

    this was recommended to me by a German doctor I went to see for borderline high blood pressure. Ive been taking it for about 4 years and have been able to stay off blood pressure medication. I take 720 mg per day (4 caps). It does the trick, ( I am 69 years old and high blood pressure runs in my family--all my siblings are on prescription meds)

    Best bioavailable magnrsium

    I've been taking magnesium malate for years now. It helps me stay regular. It is the best form of magnesium and the body can actually absorb it better. It also helps improve my moods and keep me calm overall

    Very Effective

    The magnesium malate was recommended by my primary physician. I take it at night, because it makes me a little sleepy, but that is an advantage.

    Sleeping like a baby! -

    Amazing at helping me sleep!

    I have been struggling with waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to get back to sleep for 2- 4 hours. I've been taking various forms of magnesium for years. But, this has finally enabled me to sleep through the night! I increased dosage each night until soft stool to find how much I needed. It has truly been life changing being able to get a solid nights sleep!

    Great Sleep!

    I started using this product as recommended by my physician to aide my sleep patterns. I had not slept properly for years and now I have a good nights rest. I have also read most of us are deficient in magnesium and it is important to supplement for a variety of reasons. It has been highly effective and easily assimilated.

    Aaaaah! Beautiful sleep and regularity!

    I literally hadn't slept properly for years and had problems with regularity. I also was experiencing leg cramps. My functional neurologist recommended this product, in particular, and it has solved the health issues I was having.

    Outstanding product

    In keeping with a healthy bio-identical hormone replacement regime, my wellness physician recommended Designs for Health 500 mg. magnesium for a variety of reasons, but primarily to promote sound sleep. Many post-menopausal women (and ""change of life"" men) suffer from sleep deprivation, a condition greatly mitigated by this wonderful product.
