    In addition to bone support, this magnesium helps support good sleep. Try taking at bedtime.

    Works well for migraines and anxiety, and IBS-Mixed/C, easy on stomach

    I have found that other forms of magnesium cause stomach upset and exacerbate IBS-Mixed/IBS-D symptoms, but for migraines and IBS-C, this really helps. For me, the right balance is 600mg taken at night, but someone else may find a different balance, of course. I had to work up to 600mg over time, starting at 100mg. Highly recommend this brand and this formulation of magnesium

    It works

    Bought this because I've heard it's a very absorbable form of magnesium. Works well and I had no issues taking them. Helped me sleep and ward off pregnancy headaches. I can definitely tell when I forget a dose.
