Bio Essence Gui Pi Tang Ginseng & Longan Decoction is a Chinese herbal supplement that augments Qi, nourishes the blood, strengthens the spleen and nourishes the heart.
- Ginseng (Ren Shen) - Tonifies Spleen, Heart and Yuan Qi
- Codonopsis (Dang Shen) - May substitute for Ren Shen
- Astragali (Bai Zhu) - Tonifies Blood and Spleen Qi
- Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Fu Ling) - Strengthens the Spleen and dries Dampness
- Poria (Fu Shen) - Strengthens the Spleen and harmonizes the Middle Jiao
- Poria Pararadicis (Suan Zao Ren) - Usually used in place of Fu Ling. Pacifies the Heart, calms the Shen and soothes the nerves
- Zizyphi Spinosae (Long Yan Rou) - Nourishes Heart Yin and tonifies Liver Blood
- Arillus Longan (Mu Xiang) - Nourishes the Blood, calms the Shen, and tonifies and nourishes the Heart and Spleen
- Aucklandiae (Zhi Gan Cao) - Regulates Qi, strengthens the Spleen and prevents indigestion due to the rich nature of the other herbs
- Glycyrrhizae (Dang Gui) - Harmonizes and tonifies Qi
- Glycyrrhizae (Zhi Yuan Zhi) - Nourishes and harmonizes the Blood
- Angelicae Sinensis (Sheng Jiang) - Calms the Shen, sedates the Heart and opens Orifices
- Polygalae (Da Zao) - Aids in strengthening the Spleen
Suggested Usage
Adults: take 3 grams (about a teaspoon) with warm water, 2-3 times a day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
