Go ahead. Eat a sandwich, not a salad. The enzymes in GlutenEase™ Extra Strength break down gluten and casein, digesting them before they lead to occasional gas and bloating.* Formulated to give those with gluten intolerance greater freedom.
GlutenEase™ Extra Strength includes an enzyme that may be able to degrade dietary gluten. DPP-IV or dipeptidyl peptidase IV is a protease that breaks down many of the common components found in gluten protein. Proteases high in DPP-IV activity assist in digesting gluten and casein-containing foods.*
It also contains glucoamylase, an enzyme that breaks down polysaccharides into easier-to-digest glucose units.* They include Amylase Thera-blend, enzymes that break down carbohydrates so your body can use them as energy.
