Jarrow Formulas Glucosamine + Chondroitin with Manganese and Vitamin C supports joint health. Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate are fundamental components of joint tissue involved in the production of hyaluronic acid, which is an important component of the synovial fluid that lubricates the joints and a major component of the connective tissue in the skin. Vitamin C and manganese are required for the synthesis of collagen and cartilage.

Suggested Usage
Take 4 capsules per day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Other Ingredients: Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide. Capsule (bovine gelatin).
Contains: Shellfish (shrimp or crab shell).
