The active folate in this formulation promotes heart health.* It also supports a healthy nervous system and the formation of healthy red blood cells.*

Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet one to two times daily, preferably witha meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
